Two months down, nine more to go. Nothing can beat feeling healthy, fit and confident. You might feel like you have achieved a lot but it's just the tip of an iceberg and there's a lot more that can be done when it comes to fitness. Here's your day 63 plan.

Morning--Begin your day by drinking this healthy mint and coriander juice. It is ideal when you are trying to lose weight or just aiming at detoxifying your body. It is rich in fibre and antioxidants that kick starts your metabolism.

Breakfast--You are eating something solid eight hours after your last solid meal and that is why you need to eat something heavy and rich in carbohydrates to give you that instant energy.
