Fitness Plan Day 60 – Appreciate yourself for making it this far!

You've successfully completed 2 months and it only gets better from here on.

Surgical treatments may be an easy option to quickly shed pounds but what fun is it if you have not worked hard to achieve such a big change in your life. You are on track with your daily fitness plans and did you realize its 2 months already. Stay motivated and give yourself a pat on the back.

Morning Start your day with appreciation. When you wake up today, think about the good things you have done yesterday. If you are following the fitness plans daily, you ve even lost some weight and look toned. Praise r regular yourself and say 3 good things that make you unique. Starting the day on this note while you sip your warm honey lime water will keep you cheerful for the entire day.

Breakfast Start your day with this delicious Moroccan sandwich recommended by pediatric nutritionist Dhvani Shah. It is not like your regular vegetable sandwich and if you skip the butter that is a part of the recipe, it s a healthy choice too.

Lunch Opt for a nutritious and filling lunch today. Before the winter special vegetables go off the shelves, make the special bhogichi bhaji and enjoy it with rotis or bhakri. The recipe uses fava beans which are rich in dietary fibres and when combined with other vegetables, it makes for a healthy and filling lunch.

In the gym If you haven t used the Smith Machine at your gym yet, consult your trainer and start today. This way you can move on to heavier weights than you usually do during free weight sessions. You can even do bent over rows, curls and squats using this machine. .

Yoga The best part about yoga is that you can do it even at your workplace. Try the Janu naman or the knee pose to burn some fat. This asana tones your body and promotes muscle growth. It is easy and you can do it while sitting on your chair.

Before sleeping Dive into deep slumber with nutmeg flavoured milk. Nutmeg fights insomnia and helps you get sound sleep. You can have nutmeg tea, nutmeg and honey mix or just swallow a pinch of nutmeg powder.
