Morning-- Now you must be used to waking up early without the help of an alarm clock. Waking up early gives you a lot of time to plan your day and complete everything on time, you also get to watch the sunrise. Here are a few benefits of waking up early in the morning.
Healthy Recipes
Breakfast--A heavy breakfast helps in kick starting your metabolism and also keeps you full for a longer time. Eating properly in the morning especially helps when you have a lot going on in the morning---to an early meeting or you have to drop your kids to school and then head to work. For a busy day like this, you can have protein-rich poached eggs with a slice or two of toast. Here's the recipe to make poached eggs.

Dinner--It is best if you eat your dinner somewhere around sunset. Eating an early dinner gives your body enough time to digest the food before hitting the bed. Snacks--There are reasons nutritionists swear by eating every two hours. Exercises--
