Fitness is like an addiction, the more you exercise and eat right, the more you want to stay fit. By now, you must be loving this new way of life and the changes that you see in yourself are a proof of it. Let these changes motivate you to keep going.

Healthy Recipes
Breakfast--Parathas are one of the best options for breakfast. They are carbohydrate rich and hence keep you energetic and full for a long time. At home--If you are exercising at home, stick to simple workouts that target a particular part of the body. Since we all dream of a flat and toned belly, here are a few exercises you can do at home and get a flat, toned stomach.
Yoga-- We simply underestimate the power of breathing and many times forget to take a deep breath. Practise Anulom Vilom pranayam.
