Fitness Plan Day 49 -- Eat light, relax your mind and keep going

You have been remarkable for so long, stay strong and stick to the fitness plan.

If you have been following our fitness plan, you probably must have lost enough weight or have become fitter than before. But remember, you goal is completing the fitness 365 challenge and not give up.

Morning--We all brush our teeth every morning but more than often do not clean out the tongue. Over the night, the bacteria in the mouth form a thin layer over the tongue, which if not cleaned, can give you smelly breath. Use a tongue cleaner or your toothbrush to clean your tongue every morning.

Breakfast--The weather is changing and getting warmer. What a better time than beginning your day with the cooling papaya and orange smoothie. Papaya and orange both are rich in vitamin C, which improves your immunity and also regulates body temperature. Here's the recipe to make a papaya and orange smoothie. If you feel that a smoothie is not filling enough, you can always eat a whole wheat toast with some peanut butter.

At home--If you are working out at home, build your core by practising planks. They not only help you strengthen your core but also help you lose belly fat and help you build six pack abs. Here are a few variations of the plank you must try.

Yoga--Pawanmuktasana also known as the wind relieving pose stimulates digestion and relieves any gas that is accumulated in the stomach. Here's how to practise this pose.

Gym--If you are a gym goer and working to build muscles. You must try the deadlift. It's a weight training exercise that targets the entire back. However, one needs to be extremely careful while doing it and it can cause injuries. Always perform it under the guidance of a trainer. Here's more about deadlifts.

Sleep well tip--Read for an hour before your go to bed. Reading can help you relax by helping you escape into a different world.
