You probably would have never thought that you would enjoy a fitter and a healthier life so much. Around 40 days of exercising and eating right is probably making your face glow. Don't think of giving up or skipping a day. Kickstart Day 42 with this plan.

Morning--Begin your day with a glass of lauki juice. Lauki or bottle gourd has many health benefits including controlling your blood sugar levels. It has also has a cooling effect on the body which keeps you fresh and energetic all throughout the day.

Breakfast--For breakfast you can eat cabbage pancakes. You can make them with Besan instead of maida and also add onions to it. It is a good source of carbohydrates and proteins and keeps you full for a long time. Here's the recipe.

Lunch-- For lunch you should eat a mixed vegetable pulao. Add green peas, potatoes, carrots and some French beans to the rice for a quick and healthy lunch. Pair it with plain curd or a cucumber raita. Here's the recipe for a quick and easy vegetable pulao.

At the gym--Seated cable rows can help you sculpt your back. The exercise involves the middle back muscles, biceps and shoulders.

Yoga--Vrikshasana or the tree pose is great to build your core. It tones the muscles of your abdomen and stomach and also boosts your digestive system. Here's how you can do the pose.

Sleep Well tip--At the end of the day, just when you are about to hit the bed, close your eyes and think about your day. Channelise your thoughts and think about all the good things that happened to you throughout the day and be thankful for them.
