It's Day 4 today, and you must have started getting used to your new fitness routine! Even if you aren't used to it yet, don't give up so soon, for you are about to get fitter and healthier provided you stick to it.
Morning-- Can't think of beginning your day without your cup of tea? Add some ginger to it. From boosting your immunity and preventing inflammation, ginger has a host of health benefits. Exercising is essential for a healthy life, but there's no way you can stay healthy without a proper diet. Here's what your day 4 meals should look like!
Breakfast--There's a reason breakfast is called the most important meal of the day. It speeds up your metabolism and helps the body digest food more efficiently. On the fourth day, begin your day with Bhajani Thalipeeth. It is made with different pulses and is one of the best sources of carbohydrates, keeping you full for a long time!

Snacks--There's a reason you should eat every two hours and not go empty stomach for a long time. Our body needs constant energy for performing activities, and our only source of energy is food. Exercises for beginners
There's no alternative to a good work out. You can either walk for 45 minutes daily or join a gym or work out at home. But the moment you stop exercising your fitness goal goes for a toss!

Gymming--By day four, you must be all set to start gymming, however, when you are beginner, you are bound to make a few mistakes, the most common one being resting for too long between two sets. To avoid such errors, follow this guide.
Sleep well tip--A good night's sleep is all you need after a tiring day. And if you cannot get a sound sleep, try walking 100 steps after your dinner. It not only boosts digestion, but also induces sleep.
