There s only so much you can rely on machines during a workout. You need to use a combination of fitness methods to make exercise a habit. Going to the gym each time can get boring. Find ways to workout that keep you motivated and break the monotony too.

At the gym If you are confused between dumbbells and kettle bells at the gym, then you should for the latter as they certainly help you burn more calories because of the swinging movements used.
Sleep well tip Before going to bed, have a glass of hot nutmeg milk. You can add a dash of honey to it. Nutmeg has sedative properties and gives you a peaceful and sound sleep at night. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed will also ensure you don t wake up starving.
