You need to make exercising a daily habit if you want to reap its benefits. This habit won t just work wonders for your body, it also works on your mind and soul. A healthy lifestyle improves physical and mental health which is needed for a better quality of life as you age.

Morning Remember, you have to start stepping out of the house and make time for exercise in the morning. Go for a brisk walk today. Tag a friend or family member along if need be. But make it a habit. Come back and treat yourself to a glass of fresh carrot juice to feel fresh and energized.

Breakfast Break the monotony of paranthas, toast, eggs or upma, poha with this South-Indian crepe adai. It s nutritious, tasty and super filling. Enjoy it with green chutney.
