While weekdays keep you busy with your professional life and household chores, don t ignore your sex life. You may not be up for it every day but keep the fire burning by enjoying sex on weekdays too. Don t make it a weekend routine.

Morning Having an active sex life can help you lose weight. So don t ignore that completely. You can practice kegel exercises to keep sexual organs healthy and can easily do them while at work or even during the intercourse. Start your morning with a hot steamy session of sex.

Breakfast You have bread at home but don t want to eat a toast or sandwich? Here s a unique way to use bread. Make bread dosa for breakfast that is rich in protein and fibre along with some ketchup or green chutney. Wash it down with a glass of toned milk.
