You are what you eat. If you start getting junk or processed food at home, you ll obviously crave for it. So stock your pantry with healthy items so that you don t have to resist the temptation and feel sad that you are not enjoying eating all the unhealthy food.

MorningBermuda grass or durva is rich in potassium, phosphorous, fibre, calcium and protein. It boosts immunity and regulates blood sugar level too. It s a great digestive and also keeps you active if had in the morning. So begin your day with a glass of durva grass juice.

Breakfast Enjoy a refreshing breakfast like these cucumber soy pancakes which is rich in protein to give you your dose of energy. Cucumber has high water content so it will keep you hydrated all day too.

Lunch Add some kind of salad to your meals every day. It fills you up, increases the nutrient quotient of your meals and adds to the taste too. You can make a bean salad today along with your regular roti and sabzi.
