If you are getting bored with your daily exercise routine, pick up something interesting that keeps you motivated. You can opt for swimming, cycling outdoors, training for a marathon or taking dance or pilates classes.

Morning According to a study conducted in Britain, morning sunlight helps transfer the nitric oxide in your skin to the blood vessels which helps in lowering your blood pressure. So walk out of home or stand in your balcony and soak in some sun this morning.
