You ve been exercising for quite some time now. There is no need to be shy in trying new exercises at the gym or taking up new challenges. Move out of your comfort zone because sticking to the same exercise plan for months will not help you lose more weight.

Morning To have a stress-free time when you return home, finish a few tasks before you leave. Clean your bedroom and make your bed the moment you wake up and place all the clothes in their right place. Coming back to a clean and neat bedroom will help you relax and sleep better at night.

Breakfast Instead of cutlets that are deep fried, make rajma kebabs that can be enjoyed with healthy green chutney or sandwiches between two slices of brown or multi-grain bread. It s a low-calorie recipe and extremely delicious.
