Detoxing your mind is as important as your body detox. Try and stay away from your smartphones as much as you can from it. Instead of checking the time on your phone, start checking your watch. You must also stay away from checking your social media pages every 15 minutes.

Morning Put all your worries aside in the morning and give your loved one and warm hug for a good 8 minutes. You can even hug your pet if you don t have anyone else around. Let them know how much you love them. An 8 minute hug has several health benefits so start your day by hugging.

Breakfast If you already have panned breakfast for today, add a papaya and orange smoothie with bananas to the menu. This shake is very effective in reducing cholesterol. It s rich in potassium and fibre and a very filling drink too.
