At home If you want to spend more time at the gym today, you can follow this simple yet effective 10 minutes home workout regime. It provides relief to sore muscles and also helps burn calories.
Yoga Two to three sets of Surya Namaskar are a good way to work on your entire body. Spend 15-20 minutes today on Surya Namaskar and deep breathing post that. After that continue with laughter yoga to boost energy levels and stay cheerful.
