A weekend is no excuse to indulge in calories or miss your workouts. You have been so strong and determined with your fitness plan on Day 1 and Day 2, don't give up now! You have a long way to go. Try meditating to keep your mind off cravings and the urge to skip workouts. Believe us, it will boost your mood and get you back in your fitness mode. On Day 3, let's try to keep calm and work towards not giving in to indulgences and missing workouts.

Morning: Soaked almonds are something that even our grandmothers have been asking us to have every morning. It not only helps sharpen your memory like the elders claim, but it comes with a lot of other health benefits too. Here are 6 reasons why you should have soaked almonds every morning.

Looking at yourself and at your progress will make you more enthusiastic about exercising.
