With the arrival of the festive season, you ll have a few cheat days here and there. So it s time to be more cautious and dedicate a little more time to keep fit. That way, you can enjoy the festivities guilt-free. So be consistent and keep working hard.
Morning Every vegetable juice works differently on your body. Some bring back the glow on your skin, some aid digestion while some improve vision or keep your blood sugar level under check. Hence, begin your day with a glass of vegetable juice.
Breakfast Eat fibre and protein rich foods for breakfast to build more muscle mass and aid weight loss too. A combination of fruits, yogurt and muesli is ideal to fuel you for a busy day. This breakfast requires just assembling and hence saves time in the morning too.
Lunch Turai or ridge gourd is a vegetable people seldom buy as most family members smirk with the idea of having it. The vegetable however, is great for your digestion and a good source of vitamin C and iron. Try this recipe of turai moong chana for lunch today with hot phulkas.
Snacks Enjoy a caf style evening snack with this easy bruschettas recipe. It is a healthy game snack too. You can even serve it for one of your get-togethers or parties and not worry about not eating right during this season.

At home Since you need to work a little harder to enjoy the festive season, invest more time in workouts. Opt for hoem exercises, brisk walks and jog in a park everyday. You can also follow this 10 minute home exercise video to shed some extra pounds.
