Morning Spend some good time with family or kids where you can all engage in some form of physical activity or exercise. Jump ropes together or challenge each other for completing a certain number of jumps. Here s how you can lose weight by skipping or jumping rope.

Breakfast Since its vegan day, you will have to skip eggs or milk. Traditional pancakes use both of these but if you are still craving for pancakes, then you can try this whole wheat eggless pancakes recipe. Enjoy it with lots of fresh fruits.

Lunch It s vegan day. So try a Lebanese dish for lunch instead of your regular roti sabzi. This nutrient-rich falafel recipe is ideal for a light yet filling lunch. You can have some grilled tofu or pickled veggies along with it.
