Foot massage for better sleep, vegetable shots in the morning and relaxing yoga is what is planned for you today.

If you have started your fitness journey, don t look back and don t take a break too. Pit stops during the regime can cost you a lot. So keep going, eating right, being physically active and look after your own wellbeing.

Morning The variety of healthy juices you can have early morning is endless. So don t think that bottle gourd or bitter gourd is all you need to stock up on. They are good too but you can try wheatgrass, beetroot, carrot or any combinations of fruits and vegetables. You can choose from any of these 7 healthy shots of goodness.

Breakfast Got some fresh curd, dalia and vegetables in your pantry? You obviously do since you are eating healthy these days. Mix them all to make this nutritious vegetable idli for breakfast and serve it with a green chutney.
