You ve heard of the clich Health is wealth. So go ahead and add fitness to your monthly budget. Spend some money on your diet and well-being. To achieve your fitness goals, you ll need both time and money and you won t regret doing it ever.

Morning If you are bored of eating the regular nuts and dry fruits, try munching on macadamia nuts in the morning. They are slightly expensive as compared to regular nuts but are worth the money spent. Here are 7 reasons why you must include macadamia nuts in your diet.

Breakfast An interesting egg and beetroot salad will break the boredom associated with regular breakfast. It s wholesome and if you want, you can accompany it with a multigrain toast or add chunks of it in the salad. You can even spread the salad on toast and enjoy it.
