Introduce healthy drinks to your diet daily. This way you can up your fluid intake even if the weather is damp and cold and you don t feel like drinking water. You can even replace your coffee or tea with smoothies, fresh juices, green or herbal teas. If you have become a fitness freak already, this should not be a difficult task.

Dinner Few people find it difficult to eat raw salads as they don t feel full after it. So here s a cooked salad recipe of stir-fried tofu and vegetables to give you the feeling of eating a proper meal sans the carbohydrates. This is an ideal dinner option if you are going to eat late too.
At home Avoid skipping workouts. You may cheat on food once in a fortnight but follow the workout routine each day. You can opt for these home exercises to shed some calories on days you can t go to the gym.
Yoga An asana that is easy to perform and can engage your abdominal muscles to help you get rid of the stubborn belly fat is the Uttanasana or the forward bending pose. It also stretches your hamstrings and relaxes the body.
At the gym If you don t have too much time at the gym, warm up at home or while on your way to the gym. Then perform few sets of dumbbell flyes for firmer breasts and toning the chest muscles. You can choose to use the weights as per your comfort but keep adding weights whenever you practice this exercise again.
Sleep well tip Consuming foods or drinks that have slightly sedative properties at night is very beneficial. You can sip a cup of chamomile tea before going to bed for a soothing sleep. The tea also aids digestion and prevents an upset stomach in the morning. It is also know to relieve headaches.
