Your appetite for healthy food has improved in the last few months that you have been following the fitness plans. You can now easily enjoy lauki or turai as much as you would enjoy paneer or rajma. That s a great improvement. Add new healthy items every week and experiment with new ingredients.

Morning You ve heard enough of the benefits of karela juice but it s obviously not on your list of healthy drinks. It s not that bad after all if you gather the courage to have it just once.
