Aches and pains are common when you have started working out or when you take up a new challenge. However, there is a difference between normal pain that accompanies such exercises and the one that is caused due to doing exercises incorrectly or not stretching enough. Ensure that you keep a watch on the kind of pain you experience and discuss it with your trainer.

Exercises
At home Having a pet at home can be extremely beneficial for weightloss. Get a fitter and slimmer body by running with your dog every day. It s a fun and engaging activity and you certainly won t get bored of it. If you don t have pets, take your kids cycling while you run with them.
Yoga Improve your focus and concentration on work and other everyday stuff with yoga. Certain poses like the vibhardasana help you achieve that and can be practiced at home or in office.
