Morning It s not necessary to go for a rigorous workout in the morning. But if you can manage some time for a walk in the morning especially green grass, it can be very rejuvenating. It not only calms your senses but is also good for your eyes. Here are 5 benefits of walking on grass early morning.
Breakfast If you and your family enjoy paranthas over eggs for breakfast, go ahead and try nachni paranthas today. Nachni is a powerhouse of nutrients and lowers blood pressure too. You can accompany it with some ketchup or curd.
