Morning Freshly squeezed juice of fruits or vegetables is a refreshing start to the day. If you are up for it, try bitter gourd or bottle gourd juice. For the others, you can enjoy a glass of beetroot or carrot juice. Just make it fresh in the morning and avoid any sugars. Here are 7 healthy shots you must have in the morning.

Breakfast After the juice shots, hop on to make some delicious nachni pancakes for breakfast. Though nachni has a strong flavour, the recipe masks it completely and yet retains its health benefits.
