After a cheat day, you are definitely geared up to get back to your routine. After all, staying fit has now become a habit. So wake up to the routine and gear up for today s fitness plan.

Morning There is enough said on the benefits of staying hydrated and drinking lots of water. So begin your day with 1-2 glasses of water. It flushes out the toxins from your body and also aids digestion. If possible, drink water stored overnight in a copper vessel. Here s why drinking water in copper vessel is beneficial.

Breakfast If you love idlis and dosas for breakfast, you re surely fond of uttapams too. Try this masoor dal uttapam for breakfast which is an instant hit among kids and adults. It s loaded with veggies and is rich in fibre and protein.
