The right clothes can help you conceal the problem areas which is why most of us with flabby arms avoid sleeveless clothing and those with thunder thighs shy away from shorts. Morning There s nothing that makes me smile like good music. Have you tried that before? Play your favourite songs and start your day on a happy and energetic note. Being happy will also make your day productive too. Also Read - Chew gums and pout often to get rid of double chin

Breakfast Instead of the regular sweet porridge try the dalia upma for breakfast. The suji upma also gets boring every week. It s a fibre powerhouse and adding vegetables makes it more nutritious. Enjoy it with a cup of warm milk.

Lunch If you are a seafood lover, it s a great habit. But refrain from eating the fried versions of it. When accompanied with a fresh Indian style salad, it becomes even healthier. Chef Ranveer Brar share the healthy version of roasted bombil with koshimbir.

Snacks You can have an interesting salad at snack time too. A tangy and spicy dressing gives you the feeling of having a tasty snack even though it is just a salad. Try this bean salad today which is full of nutrients and fibre.

Dinner Enjoy seafood all day today. For dinner add some fibre to the protein-rich fish and treat yourself to this delicious recipe by Chef Ranveer Brar. The shrimp and brown rice poha pulao looks like a fancy meal and the spices in the recipe soothe your body and satiate your taste buds.

Exercises

At home You can invest time in working on your upper and lower body at the gym. While at home, make time for some simple exercises that help tone your face too. Try these exercises to get rid of your double chin because that is one part of the body that cannot be hidden.

Yoga Let it all be about your face today. After all, you don t want a plump face and lean body. Your cheeks, chin and neck all need some firming up to look young. You can follow this face yoga tutorial for youthful and glowing skin.

At the gym A lot of tall people often face the problem of a hunched back. It usually is due to improper posture while sitting and walking. A correct posture can make you look leaner. So try out the lying face down plate neck resistance exercise. It helps the neck and shoulder muscles too.

Sleep well tip Switched off the TV and electronic gadgets? Now dim the lights and lie on your bed so you can delve into slumber on time. However, ensure that you tie your hair neatly and loosely. Tying a tight pony, plait or bun can cause a lot of breakage of hair.
