Snacks Your evening hunger pangs demand something tangy, spicy and tasty. So try to adapt these flavours in your snack recipes and you ll never regret eating healthy. Exercises

At home You tried a few ab exercises yesterday. Continue the same schedule for a couple of days to train your abs for advanced exercises. Today, you can try planks or twists at home to get rid of your belly fat.

Yoga If you have dedicated the after-office hours for yoga, then try Padangustasana today. This will strengthen your back which is essential when you are doing ab exercises and it wil also calm your mind. However, if you are a beginner in yoga, avoid this asana or do it under supervision.

At the gym Perfect abs with droopy shoulders will be such a put-off. So while you are working on your belly fat at home, work on your shoulders at the gym. The Arnold press is one such exercise to get sculpted shoulders like the master himself.

Sleep well tip Go to bed on time for a sound sleep. Take a bath with warm water and refrain from using your phone or bringing your laptop to bed.
