Morning Begin your day by praying. People insisted on praying daily in the morning, before bed time and during meals for religious reasons. But did you know that praying is good for your overall health and wellbeing too? Praying can keep you stress-free and happy all day.

Breakfast A breakfast rich in fibre, mineral and vitamins is an ideal way to start the day. Make oats upma for breakfast today. You can add as many veggies to it and garnish it with healthy herbs and leaves to up the nutrient intake.

Lunch Include ingredients and recipes in your diet that keep your cholesterol and blood pressure in check. These are few of the major lifestyle diseases. The paneer methi parantha is ideal for lunch with a bowl of curd that will provide you some calcium. It s a good tiffin recipe too.

Snack Improving immunity is a must this season. Refrain from eating street food and add recipes like the stuffed chila in your diet. Being rich in folic acid, iron and vitamin A, the chilas also help boost immunity.

Sleep well tip If you are addicted to afternoon naps and are having trouble sleeping on time every night, try skipping those. You can utilize that time to complete some pending work or practice some yoga or home exercises every day.
