Don t get disheartened if you see slow progress as compared to before in your weight loss. All days may not be the same. Contemplate on what could be going wrong or ways you can intensify your training for better results. There is a solution to every problem. You just need to think hard. With that thought, follow today s fitness plan with all the positivity:

Morning If you use simple ways to detox your body on regular basis, you don t need to follow any hardcore detox plans. Did you know even your cardio sessions help in detoxing? If you don t have much time for exercise in the morning, try detoxing by dry brushing your body. Here s you can dry brush your body and detox.

Breakfast - A crunchy, fresh and light yet filling breakfast can make your day. Have the fruit and yogurt muesli for breakfast today. You can mix granola, crispy oats, wheat flakes or wheat bran in the fruit and yogurt if you don t have muesli available.

Lunch You need to consume a lot of fibre throughout the day to keep constipation at bay. Fibre also keeps you full for longer hours and hence is your mate when you trying to lose weight. Make a power-packed high fibre pasta for lunch. The recipe is high in protein and also helps lower blood pressure.

Dinner Instead of making a spread of dal, roti, sabzi and the likes, try a one pot meal for dinner today. The Gujarati specialty dal dhokli is easy to prepare and is a great combination of dal and wheat flour. Enjoy it with some tangy pickled onions for a comforting and warm meal.

Exercise
