The first thing one drinks in the morning is usually a cup of tea or coffee. While it is advised to refrain from doing so, there are other things you can drink on an empty stomach. One such drink is wheat grass juice. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help in controlling blood pressure and boosting immunity. To make wheat grass juice you can just grind some wheat grass with a cup of water, strain it and drink.

Healthy recipes

Breakfast--Begin your day with this protein rich paratha stuffed with eggs. It will keep you full for a long time. It is also rich in carbohydrates which give you the required dose of energy in the morning.

Lunch-- Bored of eating the same old gobi and aloo ki sabji? Here's an interesting recipe for Turai Moong Chana Vegetable by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. It is easy to make and you can eat with a couple of rotis, dal and chawal.

Dinner--One dish meals are excellent for dinner. Most of the time, they are light and easy to digest. One such recipe is dal dhokli. It is rich in taste and since it is made with tur dal and rotis it is also rich in proteins and carbohydrates!

Snacks--Everyone craves crispy food in the monsoon. However, eating pakodas, samosas and other fried food is not the best thing you could do to your body. And that is why these ragi nachos with healthy cream sauce are an excellent choice.

Exercises

At home--Who says working out at home is not fun? If you are bored with doing crunches and floor exercises, just follow some fun dance workout video on YouTube and start working out. Dance workouts are an excellent cardio workout. Follow this dance hip-hop workout video!

At the gym--Yes, working out at the gym has its own benefits. you get to use different equipment which helps you in toning different body parts. But in a hurry to use the equipment it is important to know which equipment is helpful and which is not.

Yoga--Practise Padmasana or the lotus pose to improve your concentration. This pose helps you focus more helps you channelize all your nervous energy!
