How many times have you found yourself thinking, When I have a slimmer body in the future, I will be happy or once I get that promotion, I will be more content with my job . While it s good to have goals and even beneficial to think about the future, don t tell yourself you will be happy only when you achieve them. Live in the moment and make the best out of your present to increase your productivity and in turn, lose more weight.

In fact, a study done by American researchers recently found that living in the moment increases your productivity. Here s how you can seize the day and make the most out of your time today:

Healthy Recipes

Breakfast: Eggs are one of the best breakfast ingredients and the best part is, it helps with weight loss. Experiment with eggs and try out new recipes to actually enjoy breakfast instead of forcing yourself to eat healthy. Begin your day with this egg salad with beetroot that can be whipped up in 15-20 minutes. You will be surprised to know of the various health benefits of beetroots.
