Breakfast:Are you tired of eating your usual bowl of porridge for breakfast day after day? You can jazz things up with a humble bowl of oats with some creativity and extra ingredients. You can also enjoy oats in a savoury style with this oats chaat recipe.

Lunch: Oats need not be only a breakfast food item. You can add more easily digestible fiber like oats to your diet and completely avoid constipation and bloating.
