Exercising has many benefits, especially when done in the morning as it kick starts your day by giving you a rush of endorphin (the happy hormone). Breakfast–Oats are an ideal breakfast food. They are rich in fibre and do not cause an instant spike in blood glucose level. But you have probably eat oats porridge or an oats upma. But have you tried oats with eggs? This recipe will blow your mind!

Lunch–Ever tried this grilled basa with couscous salad recipe? It is a wholesome meal because it is rich in omega-3-fatty acids and minerals from the fish and couscous is rich in carbohydrates giving you the required amount of carbohydrates. Dinner–There’s a reason why experts suggest eati9ng before sunset. Your body needs to digest the food that you have eaten and if you go to sleep immediately, your digestive system has to keep on working while the rest of the body rests and it doesn’t get the rest it needs. This can damage your digestive system in the long run. If you cannot eat before sunset, eat at least two to three hours before you hit the bed. Here’s a barley soup recipe that is very light on your stomach and gets easily digested.

Snacks–This oats and poha sukha bhel is excellent for an evening snack. it is delicious with a perfect balance of all the flavours plus it is extremely healthy as it does not have sev or fried puris that are unhealthy.

At home–if you are planning to exercise at home, begin by jumping a rope. Skipping can burn up to 450 calories in half an hour and help you lose weight quickly! You should also start skipping if you want to be a.

At the gym–If you are trying to lose weight, here’s an exercise routine you must follow. It includes cardio and weight training that will not juts burn calories abut also help you tone your muscles.

Sleep well tip

If you have been having trouble falling asleep, drink a glass of warm milk with some nutmeg in it. Nutmeg will help you sleep quickly as it is rich in tryptophan which helps in relaxing and falling asleep quickly!
