Start your day with morning stretches and use rose petals to help you sleep well after a tiring day at work. But this is not enough. Eating a protein-rich diet and snacking on healthy fibre and iron-rich snacks is the key to packing a nutrient punch to keep you going for the rest of the day. And working out either at home or at the gym is what you need to do to burn your calories and improve your strength. So what are you waiting for? Get started with day 152 of the fitness plan!

Morning: Not everyone might be energetic enough to start the day with running or jogging. If you are one of them, then stretching the first thing in the morning will help you to provide the much need boost to keep you active throughout the day. You don t have to go overboard, instead sitting on your heel and starching the back and hands by bending forward might do the trick! Here are some simple early morning stretching exercises you can start with.
