Fitness plan day 149 – Start your day with a brisk walk

Skip the heat during workouts by brisk walking early morning.

Fitness apps and gadgets are a rage. Now that you are fitness conscious, invest in a fitbit blaze or just download some apps on your phone for that additional motivation when you work out. You can buy a simple device like a pedometer too and count the number of steps you take daily.

Morning Wake up early and move out to experience the fresh weather. A brisk walk early in the morning is ideal in this weather to feel energized all day. Use few apps to monitor the calories burned during the activity and it will motivate you further.

Breakfast Confused what to eat this morning? Try one of these healthy breakfast recipes that are a hit even among kids. You can make a sandwich or pizza or a tofu scramble depending on the ingredients you have in your pantry. These high-fibre and protein rich breakfast recipes will keep you full till lunch time.

Sleep well tip Are you sleeping in the right position? If not, it s time you get the sleeping position right for a sound and pleasant sleep. It will also prevent back problems.
