No one said losing weight and making lifestyle changes would be easy. Not only do you have to have basic resources at your disposal, but you also need the will power to say no. Becoming healthy and fit also involves eating certain food items that you might not enjoy. Despite that, the results of your hardwork will definitely pay off in a matter of a few months. Today s fitness plan will help in directing you towards a productive day.

Morning: A green smoothie need not contain expensive and exotic ingredients like avocado and kale which aren t available in local markets. Instead, you can whip up a quick and easy glass of cabbage juice to start your day on a super healthy note. You can try this cabbage juice recipe. While the very thought of drinking this juice will make you groan, you can add more flavour to it with lemon juice and even spinach. These are the 9 ways cabbage makes you healthy.

Healthy recipes

Breakfast: If you re able to gulp down a glass of cabbage juice, great going. Your body is definitely going to thank you for it. You can congratulate yourself by making delicious sweet potato pancakes before heading out for work.

Exercises

At home: Remember that only trying to do 100 crunches at home is not going to help you achieve a slimmer waist. While they can help in trimming down your waist, you will see results only if you also do leg exercises. Squats and lunges are highly effective in targeting that stubborn belly fat. The only thing you need to do is, consciously suck your stomach in while doing these exercises. Try out these 5 simple exercises at home for a flat belly.

Gym: Are you embarrassed about your man boobs? It s time to take matters in your own hands and get rid of that unwanted fat. Try out these 6 gym exercises to get rid of man boobs.

Yoga: Summers can be brutal for those who are trying to exercise. With the help of yoga, you can cool down and take your mind off the heat. Try baddhakonasana to release tension from your body.

Sleep Well Tip: When you lie down on your bed, consciously relax each muscle in your body starting from your toes, ankles, knees, thighs and then the other parts of your body. You can start by tensing that part of your body for a few seconds and then release. Concentrate on your breathing, let thoughts flow through your mind and slowly relax. If you ve had a productive day, sleep will come soon.
