What is the first thing that you do after waking up? I am sure you check your social media feed the first thing in the morning! Stop doing that. Yes, stop. If you are anywhere between five to fifty, chances are you'll spend at least 80% of your day looking at one screen or the other, so why start your day with that too?
Go out, take a walk. Close your eyes and focus on the sound of the birds chirping. Breathe in the fresh morning air. Do some yoga or go for a run. Do whatever spells peace for you. Trust me, you will feel lighter and peaceful the entire day. Now start your healthy day with a healthy breakfast.
Breakfast: How about something cooling and crunchy? Make yourself a bowl of fruit and yoghurt muesli and you will wonder why you didn't try this earlier.
Lunch: After such a hearty breakfast, eat something light like turai, moong, chana sabji. Full of proteins and fiber, it will keep you full till snacks.
Snacks: Raise your hands if you love nachos! Ragi nachos is every health freaks dream snacks. Served with yummylicious cream sauce, this is the perfect marriage between healthy and delicious.
Dinner: You stuffed yourself with those nachos, right. It's totally okay. To balance it off, eat a light and satiating barley soup.
