So it s Sunday morning and if you are wondering how to keep yourself fit and fabulous today we suggest replace your regular tea or morning health drink with a cup of masala chai. On a relaxing Sunday having this chai first thing in the morning will help you beat fatigue, boost heart health and soothe your internal organs too among other benefits that it can provide you with.
