On a Sunday your fitness routine needs some twist. So give your body a surprise by going for a long run or jog out in the sun. Don t take the usual route or visit the park that you have been doing all this while. But take a different route; explore a different area out in the morning sun. Sleep It is better to hit bed early on a Sunday night and refrain from reading on your e-reader as that can hamper your sleep. Instead a light inspiring book would be a better option.
