Morning--While there are many drinks and fruits you should eat on an empty stomach, this coffee-lemon mix will help you in burning that excess fat. The caffeine in the coffee stimulates your nervous system and kick-starts your metabolism giving your desired the much-required start to your day.

Breakfast--It is best to start your day by eating something heavy and carbohydrate rich. Eating poha or upma for breakfast is fairly common but eating the same breakfast regularly can get boring after some time. Try this cucumber pancakes recipe. Yoga--If you are used to doing push-ups, practising Chaturanga and dandasana is will not be difficult. It is also called as the half push-up and helps in building and toning the muscles in your arms, shoulders and back. It improves balance and increases your stamina.

Sleep well tip--We as Indians are used to eating fennel seeds after lunch or dinner. But nowadays that fennel seeds have been replaced with desserts. So instead of eating a bowl of ice-cream after dinner, chew on a tea spoon of fennel seeds. Fennel seeds improve digestion and can also fight acidity.
