At home--Squats are one if the best exercises to get a toned lower body. They are easy to perform, and the don't require any equipment and hence are a must-perform exercises when you are working out at home or do not have access to any equipment.
Gym--If your gym has a Pilates machine and a coach to guide you, you must jump at the opportunity of trying it out. Pilates is a complete workout and helps in toning and sculpting your body.
Yoga--If you are used to doing push-ups, practising Chaturanga and dandasana is will not be difficult. It is also called as the half push-up and helps in building and toning the muscles in your arms, shoulders and back. It improves balance and increases your stamina.
Sleep well tip--We as Indians are used to eating fennel seeds after lunch or dinner. But nowadays that fennel seeds have been replaced with desserts. So instead of eating a bowl of ice-cream after dinner, chew on a tea spoon of fennel seeds. Fennel seeds improve digestion and can also fight acidity.
