Making certain lifestyle changes were not easy but you did it! But are you enjoying them yet? Only if you enjoy eating healthy and exercising will you be able to continue it for a lifetime. Start loving what you do and see how much of a positive difference that makes.

Morning Start your day with an all veggie smoothie made with local ingredients. You can drink plain cabbage juice or jazz it up by adding bottle gourd, lemon, spinach and a few other ingredients to it. Cabbage juice prevents sugar and salt cravings and hence will be a great aid to resist junk food at odd hours.

Breakfast Cabbage juice is not all that delicious but you did manage to drink it. Now treat yourself with some delicious sweet potato pancakes for breakfast. They are rich in fibre and light on the stomach too.

Lunch Wraps and rolls are not just easy to make but easy to eat. Just grab one even when on the go. With leftover wheat rotis, you can easily assemble a quick frankie or roll. This low-calorie sprouts frankie is great for lunch. It s light but the fibre from rotis will keep you full.

Snack A bowl of homemade low-fat yogurt along with chopped fruits like apple, watermelon and some nuts is an amazing dessert. Why not enjoy it at snack-time guilt-free? This snack will provide you the required protein, vitamins and calcium without loading up calories.

Dinner Light dinner doesn t mean you need to skip rice. If you balance your daily intake of all nutrients, you can eat everything. Enjoy a brown rice methi pulao for dinner. The ingredients used in the recipe also make it rich in antioxidants and thus boost immunity.

Exercises

At home Don t ignore your belly. Fat deposited around the belly is difficult to lose. Only crunches won t suffice. Try these 5 different exercises at home that will help you get rid of belly fat.
