Shilpa Shetty has always been a great source of inspiration to us with regard to fitness. She believes in remaining fit and following a good diet. No wonder she looks so young and has a figure to die for. Shilpa also does a lot of yoga and believes that yoga can do wonders. She has recently started a series called 'Shilpa Shetty Wellness' with Tiger Shroff where she is giving us major fitness goals. She has started the series by putting up a video where she explains the step by step warm up routine and also the importance of it.

And since now you know how important this process is, let's learn it from the goddess herself. Here's the video where Shilpa Shetty shows us how it is done, like a boss:
One important thing you should keep in mind is the cooling down process. This is equally important as the warm up routine. In this process we let our body cool down and come back to the normal temperature so that our nervous system is relaxed. No matter what don't skip this process.
