Morning: An ideal way would be to drink a refreshing smoothie to give your system a jolt from the prolonged dehydration your body faces during night. Another way to rejuvenate your system in the morning is to eat a bowl full of fruits. Remember, the right time to consume fruits is always early in the morning as it gives you a punch of energy, makes for the right pre-workout snack and helps to kick start the day in the right spirit. Healthy eating

Here are some diet recipes that you can try today

Breakfast: In the heat of the day, you would really not like to end up eating a heavy breakfast. But that doesn t mean you can skip your breakfast. So, if you are looking for something light, yet nutritious and healthy give this cucumber dosa a try.

Lunch: Your lunch can be a right combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats if you can include this lemon-dill chicken salad stuff eggs with your main course. Yes this goes as an excellent side with your dal-chawal or even vegetable pulav.

Snack: Want to relish on something really healthy but still yummy and keep your 4 pm hunger pangs at bay? You should so try this Khakra-Pizza, gives you the satisfaction of relishing on junk and still is a low calorie snack.

Dinner: An early dinner is always advisable and if it is protein rich like the quinoa stir chicken fried rice, you just can t stay away from the dinner table for too long. Just avoid a late night dinner to avoid acidity and likes.

Exercises

Without working out the right way you can definitely not keep yourself healthy so here is a workout plan that can help

At home: Admittedly, belly fat is the most stubborn fat that one needs to get rid off and if you too have the similar fate try these exercises like planks and twists at home to get rid of your belly fat.

At gym: So you have worked on your biceps and abs and what about your shoulders. Yes, your shoulders need to have that perfect cut to support that beautifully sculpted body. You should probably give the Arnold press a try.

Yoga: If you are trying to do yoga after a tiring day we would suggest you try Padangustasana (only if you are a pro in doing yoga) to calm your mind and strengthen your back.

Sleep tip: Switch off your lights and stay away from your laptop and smartphones to help yourself lull into a peaceful sleep.
