Event: Max Bupa Walk for Health 2013 in Delhi and Mumbai

Max Bupa Walk for Health aimed at making people healthier, will be held in Delhi and Mumbai on 20th October.

What: Max Bupa Walk for Health is a first of its kind health initiative that aims to motivate people to incorporate walking as an exercise into their daily routine. This will be the second edition of the calendar event which saw massive response from 18,000 people in 2012.

Who: It will be for three categories- Adults, Children and Elderly. They will pledge their allegiance to include walking as an integral part of their lives. This year the distance for each category will be 5 km walk for Adults and avid walkers and 2 km walk for Senior citizens and children.

When and where: Max Bupa Walk for Health 2013 will be flagged off on 20^th October in Delhi and Mumbai.
