It is true that you cannot improve the size of your breasts or give them an instant 'lift'. Surgical implants and other procedures may give you the results but is it worth the money and pain? Here are top Bollywood celeb plastic surgeries that went wrong. A good diet and exercise is the way to go. So act while you have time! The correct diet coupled with the right set of exercises can make your breasts look firmer and fuller.

If you have visited the gym a few times, you might know that pec decks were considered the ultimate chest exercise for well shaped and firmer boobs. A few women refrain from chest exercises assuming they ll lose the fat around their breasts, which may make them one size smaller. Celebrity fitness trainer Marika Johansson breaks this myth and suggests that chest exercises will build muscle under the breast fat, eventually making them appear fuller and may even enhance your cleavage. Here are her tips to get firmer breasts without any surgery.

One of the easiest exercises that can help you achieve firmer breasts and prevent sagging are dumbbell flyes. The exercise targets the muscles under your breasts and strengthens them to make them look larger and firmer. The moves are simple and the trick here is to challenge yourself with maximum weights that you can handle to extract more benefits from the exercise. It is similar to a pec deck, the only difference is you are lying on a bench for these dumbbell flyes. You can even perform this exercise on the swiss ball. Here s how you can do it:

  • Lie with your face up on a bench. Your legs must be shoulder width apart and placed flat on the floor.
  • Now hold the dumbbells in each hand such that they are slightly above your shoulders with elbows bent.
  • Press the weight upwards till your hands are straight. Do not lock your elbows or hands when in this position. You need to maintain a slight bend in the elbows.
  • Now lower your arms such that the dumbbells are in line with your chest. Pull them back upwards and perform 10 reps of these. Rest for a minute and continue with the second set. You can perform 3 sets of 10 reps each.
  • Increase the weights as you progress with the exercise week by week.
