Who doesn't like to sit at the window and sip a hot cup of tea along with some bhajiyas? With the weather taking a complete turn today, let's also give those buttery aloo parathas a twist!   • 1/2 or 100g cup udad dal flour
  • 1/4 or 100g cup besan
  • 1/4 or 100g cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp til
  • 1/4 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil (oil for binding and cooking)
  • Salt for taste

Method:

  • In a bowl mix all ingredients and add water, oil just enough to make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough in 2 balls and roll rotis.
  • Place it on the pan and cook each side until done.
  • Serve with chili coriander chutney
