Onion - 1 small

Garlic 2 - 3 cloves

Sage leaves - 3-4

Olive oil - 2 tbsp



Salt and pepper - to taste

Vegetable seasoning - 1/4 tsp


1. Roast the pumpkin in a tray with garlic, onion and sage leaves till they are slightly charred and softened.

2.Peel the garlic and onion and blend it with the pumpkin after discarding the sage leaves.

3.Boil in a pan. Add vegetable or chicken stock to it and season well with seasonings. Add cream.

4.Serve after garnishing it with croutons, a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
