The actor, who is known for her bold stints of becoming the first Indian to pose nude for 'Playboy' magazine, surely has a body to die for! She has acted in films such as Game, Dil Bole Hadippa and Wajah Tum Ho. She was also a part of popular reality shows like MTV Splitsvilla and Big Boss (Season 3).

We look at her diet chart and can't stop ourselves from sharing her disciplined meal chart! 'I just stick to moderate portions of organic food. No processed food for me,' she kick-starts the interview. She absolutely can't resist home made french fries!
She has a staple meal plan. Her breakfast starts constitutes of egg white omelette made of four egg whites, brown bread toast, orange juice, a few almonds. 'My lunch includes 2 whole wheat rotis, dal, vegetables, a small bowl of rice and green salad. My dinner is tandoori chicken or tandoori fish, 1 roti and green salad.'
'No, I don t count my calories,' she explains! Her indulgence meal consists of 'cheese and chocolates as these are also essential to one s well-being.' She strongly believes in positivism. She ends by saying, 'We live in an inclusion based universe. Instead of focusing on what not to eat, it is better we focus our energies on what to eat to nourish our bodies and minds.'
