What is low-carb bread made of?
The low-carb bread is either made with almond or coconut flour. It could also be made of processed foods like whey protein or soy products. Can low-carb bread be healthy?
While low-carb bread can be a good way to cut down on carbohydrates, low carb bread does not have the same nutritional profile as other types of bread. Should you try low-carb bread?
Low-carb bread can be ideal if you have diabetes as it can prevent spikes in blood sugar level. Else, a low-carb variety of bread will not be of much help if you are trying to lose weight, as it contains as many calories as full-carb bread. Here are 6 reasons why you should have bee bread or bee pollen.
